Tenderized veal, pan fried and cooked in creamy mushroom marsala sauce with white wine.


Vitello Peperoni

Italian style veal and grilled capsicum with a touch of tomato.


Insalata di Pollo

Tine slices of chicken breast sprinkled with herbs then grilled

and served over fresh salad with shaving of parmesan.


Pollo alla Sicilliana

Spicy chicken breast, simmered in sauce of red wine garlic, tomato and red capsicum

then grilled and served with tomato sauce.


Pesce del Giorno

Filet of today’s fish cooked with Napoletana sauce, shrimps, garlic and white wine.

 

Filetto al Pepe verde

Scotch fillet, grilled to your taste and topes with soft green pepper corns,

whole grain mustard cream and white sauce.

 

Melanzane alla Parmigiana

Crumbed slices of eggplant topped with capsicum and mozzarella

then grilled and served on a bed of tomato sauce.

 

Lasagna

Layers of home made fresh pasta with meat and cheesy béchamel in tomato sauce.

 

Cannelloni

Rolls of home made fresh pasta with beef, vegetables and herbs

then baked with tomato béchamel and parmesan.

 

Risotto con Pollo

Creamy Arborio rice with chicken mushroom, sun dried tomatoes and olives,

served with a touch of parmesan and greens.

 

Pizza Vegetariana

Mozzarella, roasted capsicum, grilled zucchini, fresh tomatoes fetta and pesto sauce.
